Henk Pienaar

With over 25 years of expertise in training and development, Henk holds a management degree from the Southern Business School in South Africa. His deep passion for leadership and individual development, alongside his remarkable ability to connect with people from various backgrounds, levels, and professions, sets him apart in his field.

Prior to establishing his consulting firm, he spent seven years as a manager at the Aveng Group, where he earned accolades for his commitment to employee development. His extensive experience has equipped him with a solid understanding of business operations and extensive involvement in projects aimed at organizational development.

He began his career in the Public Service, dedicating nearly six years as a prosecutor in the Department of Correctional Services, followed by training roles for investigators and crime scene specialists. He has effectively coached managers across multiple organizations and industries, and he holds an international leadership development license from Professors Bernard Bass and Bruce Avolio at the State University of New York at Binghamton.

As a consultant, he primarily focuses on helping senior management teams enhance operational efficiencies through the creation of sustainable systems, procedures, and best practices. His extensive expertise encompasses strategy, operations management, supply chain management, strategic thinking, systems thinking, change management, and comprehensive business leadership development. Additionally, he has lectured on these subjects at various business schools in South Africa.
